When are your services?
Our Sunday service, or "Worship Gathering" as we call it, is at 10:20a every Sunday in our Worship Center. During this time, we join together for worship through various forms of music, prayer, and Bible teaching.
The Worship Gathering is also streamed live into Cafe Ten on our church campus, which serves as an alternate video worship venue with a more laid back "coffeehouse" environment. We also invite you to come for our Next Step Classes from 9:00-10:00a. Next Step Classes are available for all ages.
What are Next Step Classes?
Our Next Step Classes will meet from 9:00a-10:00a Sunday mornings. Contact us for current schedule. These classes will help you take the "next steps" towards God by learning from the Bible in an interactive discussion based format covering a variety of Bible based topics. Classes are available for all age levels, and childcare for children under 3 is available in the Nursery.
What is the Worship Gathering like?
Our typical Sunday Worship Gathering includes a time of expressing praise and worship to God in music, announcements, and a Biblically based message. Other regular elements include prayer, learning about and praying for missionaries and ministries we support, and celebrating the Lord’s Table (communion). Prayer leaders are available to pray for you and with you at the end of the Worship Gathering time.
What is the music like?
We combine a balance of old and new songs in a contemporary/modern music style. Led by a team of musicians, our service is a time of corporate, intimate communion with God. The worship team includes vocalists, guitars, keyboards, and drums. The team draws from various styles of music to unite us in worship, celebration, and praise.
Where do my children go?
During the Worship service, children ages 6-11 (grades 1-5) are encouraged to participate in Junior Church, a time in which they sing songs of worship and learn from the Bible. Childcare for ages 6 months-5 (Kindergarten) is provided in the Nursery during Worship.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. We encourage you to bring a Bible. If you don’t have one, we provide Bibles, and we also project songs and scripture verses on the overhead screen in the Worship Center.
Can I remain anonymous?
Absolutely! We realize that many people want to check out our church without calling attention to themselves. However, you may want to fill out a Welcome Card and place it in the offering boxes or give it to one of our leaders so we can let you know more about Beth El Bible Church.
